Veredas is a park as it is intended for human recreation through the contemplation of the environment in all its phases. It is a reserve as each object placed in it is designed to enhance the natural beauty and consciousness of human beings with their surroundings. It is culture as it recognizes and follows the learning of the ancestors who understood and read the territory to domesticate it and live in synergy with it.

Veredas responds to a social need which is to focus on the idea that society, the earth, culture, art, and recreation can be the foundations for a future from which, with consumerist and aspirational habits, we are moving away.

Veredas uses the system to achieve an anti-system goal. It proposes real estate development strategies to create a project that traditional real estate development does not allow to propose. Villas that are mindful of their surroundings and their temporal point, allowing the existence of a biocultural park for the region.

The result of Veredas is the convergence between history, culture, the environment, the inhabitant, and a responsible consumerist system.
